Jason's entire home was pristine. "Mom test" clean! The kitchen had everything anyone would need and was nicely organized. This house is roomier than it looks and offers two family rooms. Sheets and towels were nice quality. Heat and a/c were great. Jason was very responsive to my messages and his checkout instructions were simple. We would happily stay at Jason's home again.

This was our second time staying at the Derby House, and it was just as great as the first time. It is in a very convenient location to many activities and restaurants in Louisville. The area is great, and we felt very safe. The home is cozy, which was perfect for our party of 6.

Older home that has had a face-lift. Very clean, well stock and plenty of room. Quiet neighborhood a short distance from downtown Louisville and centrally located for those wishing to visit Churchill Downs and explore the numerous distilleries in the surrounding area. Only wish the weather had been a bit warmer as we would have enjoyed the deck and fire pit. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice, clean home with a great location in Louisville. 2 tv rooms was nice to have for spreading out throughout the house. Grill and backyard was a great plus for the rental. Would stay here again if available for our next trip.
