Individual Couple's or the whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from our centrally located place. Our place is suitable for infants and children over 12 years of age Roegge's place is older but very Clean Spacious and lots of room with most everything you would need during your stay If you are looking for a place that can hold a larger family or group our place is for you. Large Patio with two person hot tub and plenty of seating We are located on a 2 lane highway so expect traffic Isha Institute of Inner-sciences is only a 20 minute drive from our location. Kayaking, River Floating, Cave Adventures, Hiking, Waterfalls, Boating, Swimming is just around the corner. Or if you are looking to let your hair down and just kick back the patio is private with patio curtains that go the full length and has a nice two person hot tub and plenty of seating. We are only an hour away from Nashville and Chattanooga without the added cost.

Tina was welcoming, friendly, and responsive. The house was clean and had everything we needed. It was a quick drive to downtown McMinnville for restaurants and shops. Thanks for a great stay!
Enjoy our stay at Roegge's place. Was convenient to all parks and waterfalls and close enough to town for food. Hot tub was nice have long day of driving and hiking. Felt right at home! Plus that my dog was also allowed. Thank you!

The neighborhood is close to most everything. Gasoline and Dollar Store if you have any late night needs. As well as just a 5 minute drive to Downtown Mcminnville where there are plenty of eateries. Pizza, BBQ, Breakfast, Ice cream and sandwich shops.
The down town areas also has the post office, water company, Court House and Electric company for those who might be moving here to Mcminnville.
Having your vehicle is best to get from point A to point B here. However, gas station, Dollar Stor, and To's Italian Restaurant and Bakery are within walking distance.

My husband and I love our little dog Stassi, our 4 children 10 grandchildren and one great grandchild. We are not originally from TN but have fallen in love with it here, there is always something to do. Even if its just sitting around a camp fire listening or playing good music. Originally from Chicago Illinois Lived in California for 13 years, Puerto Rico 2 and have traveled quite a bit. This is our stopping point, we are here to stay.
