The home was dirty, the beds were uncomfortable. Being out side all you could smell was death coming from Tyson farms behind the house.

The house was what we expected and extremely convenient to The Monroe for our daughters wedding. The house could sleep 10 if needed and the home was clean and well furnished kitchen

We stayed here while we got ready for our niece's wedding. It is the perfect location if you will be using the Monroe on 415th as a venue. The house was clean, the kitchen was large, and it was incredibly peaceful. Most hideaway beds are incredibly uncomfortable, but these truly were the most comfortable hideaway beds ever! The regular beds were comfortable as well. There was plenty of space for all of us and our Golden Retriever loved the large yard and open spaces to run. We highly recommend staying here! A+++

It was a nice place very private and very quiet. There was plenty of room for a party of 6. We first got there and couldn't get in because of dead batteries in the lock, but it didn't take long to get a hold of anyone. There was a leak on the toilet in the half bath. My son-in-law is a plumber and fixed it in no time, so it was no big deal. The floors could have been cleaner, and there was popcorn left under the couch, so it made you wonder about how clean everything else really was. We did our normal cleaning of any place we stay at and it was fine. The owners were very nice and accommodating and nice to talk to. We will definitely be back this summer to try the pool out.
