Our stay was great, host was very responsive and kind. There was a bit of noise as the house is at the rear of their house and surrounded by other houses, but it was manageable and not too disruptive. The host was very accomodating. The location is great, very walkable to all the shops and easy parking. A great little spot to stay in Berkeley!

Aoibhinn is a delightful and attentive host that made me feel right at home with her and her family. She was also very helpful in suggesting interesting and beautiful areas that I would have not known otherwise. The cottage is pleasing, from the comfortable living area to the newly appointed and spacious kitchen. Thoughtful additions are provided, like the spa quality towels to enjoy the hot tub. I love that the cottage is in a beautiful neighborhood and so walkable to fine dining, shopping and to the retreat I attended. I would definitely stay with Aoibhinn again when I return to Berkeley.

The place was super cute and clean… Owners in front were very friendly .. I wish they would've had ice made when I got there and that the freezer worked better .. bathroom is very small, but the whole place is very updated and very quaint .
