Cute , Clean , uncluttered , excellent light but dark enough when you close the blinds , great location and quiet except for the occasional young child running around overhead , as we were warned about , but not too bad . Overall a great place to stay

Justin was very communicative, responsive, and accommodating, which was super helpful as I needed to drop off my luggage and check in early. The place is well-maintained, feels bright and airy, and had everything I needed. True to the host's descriptions and the other reviews, you will be able to hear the footsteps above you, but it was communicated very transparently so I was able to prepare for it beforehand. The neighborhood felt safe and is super nice to walk around especially in the morning with the fresh air. It's an easy walk to cafes, restaurants, and the UC Berkeley campus. I had a great stay and would come back again!

We will definitely stay at Justin’s next time we attend a show at the Greek. We were able to walk to the venue (about a mile) so we didn’t need to worry about parking. His place was exactly as described, even larger than expected. Thank you for your hospitality, Justin!

Absolutely great place to stay while visiting Berkeley and surrounding cities. The accommodations were perfect, clean and comfortable! Justin was extremely helpful with recommendations and checked in with us to see if there was anything we needed. He even gave us the opportunity to check in early! Everything you need is within walking distance of this establishment, restaurants, stores and the Greek Theatre!! We loved it and can’t wait to stay again!!
