This place is simply spectacular. Being close to Av. Rebouças can be a bit loud but the bedroom upstairs is super quiet. The location is unparalleled. Few blocks to Oscar Freire which is like LA's Rodeo Drive or NY's 5th Ave. Communication with the hosts was excellent and fast. I really enjoyed my week in SP and it had a lot to do with this place. The gym is really well equipped and the pool is amazing. I will stay there again on a heartbeat. Strongly recommend it.

Last time I visited Sao Paulo, I stayed at a business hotel. The experience left a lot to be desired. I searched Airbnb for alternatives and found this spot. I couldn't have been happier with the choice I made. The views are incredible, the distance to good food was walkable, and the place was secure and I felt safe. If you speak Portuguese, you will likely have zero inconveniences here. If you don't speak the local language, expect to have to use google translate with the security guards. All I had to do was give them my passport and show them the message (untranslated) from Bluehaus for check-in. After that, I was in and had zero issues, even checking in after midnight. For English speakers, everything in the unit has been translated to both English and Portuguese. There is a ton of helpful information for you. I 100% recommend this location and will likely be here again next year for my next trip.

Wonderful place; wonderful stay. Near all the great places. And I felt completely safe in the neighborhood! Place is just like the pics!! Incredible views!
