It was an absolute pleasure staying at Monica's loft. The photos accurately portray the space - an airy, peaceful, sun-filled loft that is beautifully appointed. Retreating to her place after a long day out in the city was a treat. The apartment is located on a quiet street in a corner of the super-fun Pinheiros neighborhood. It is far enough away from the busiest areas but close enough to walk to any part of the neighborhood which includes so many great shops, bars, restaurants, shops, and more. We felt very safe and welcomed in the neighborhood during our stay. As a host, Monica was helpful, flexible, responsive, and friendly :) She offered great local tips and suggestions for our stay in Sao Paulo and was flexible with the timing of our check-in/out. I can't recommend staying here enough.

location is amazing. quiet neighborhood with lots of bars ,restaurants,shops. people are nice. very clean. apartment is very good maintained. very comfortable. will definitely stay there if I ever in sao paolo.

This is a gorgeous and cozy apartment in one of the best spots to be in São Paulo. The flat is cool, and very spacious. The only thing to mind is that despite the price and the place being very spacious there's only one bedroom separated. However the mezzanine living room doubles as a second sleeping area. It works well of you are with family and friends. And the place is just perfect for a couple. I was also happy to stay in an Airbnb that still holds the spirit of Airbnb - a place that really belongs to someone and has the person's id identity, and not just a real state project as many other listings. The house has the hosts personality and lots of details to explore with the eyes. It was one of the best places I've stayed in São Paulo and I would definitely book it again.
