Modern specious double bedroom with private bathroom. This super cozy newly decorated room is situated on a second floor of a 5 bedroom house. We have installed double glazing inside the room so the noice from the road is absolutely minimum. In your room you will find dedicated work space, toilette, shower, toiletteries, cattle, tea/coffee.

Room was spacious and clean and really quiet despite being on a main road. Buses to city centre stop just a few minutes walk down the street so super convenient!

It’s been 2 months that I have been staying at Veronica’s place and she is the most helpful and gracious host who is always willing to accommodate requests and ensure your stay is the most comfortable. The new room I have been staying in has all the amenities listed and it has been a great stay! Hugely recommended.

There are few buses just outside the house that will take you straight to town centre.
In the neighbourhood We are spoilt with take aways, pubs , restaurants and delivery shops around Hagley road west. You have Subway, Pizza Hut, Creggs, Mac Donald's plus various Chinese, cafes, kebab shops and Indian and Italian restaurants.
There is a Coop at the end of the street, or a small drive to Liddle.
There is a launderette 2 minute walk from our house.
