When I just arrived there were some problems, my room was not ready and I was provided with another one (smaller, with no kitchen or washing machine) with no compensation, so half of my experience was spoiled by a worse apartment. In the middle of my stay the room was ready and I moved there. It was waaay better: spacious, with kitchen and washing machine. However both rooms were not very clean, there was dust and hair on the floor in the room and bathroom. The windows hardly closed so it’s quite noisy because of the road. Not all stuff speaks English, so we had to use translate, which is not very convenient. Pool zone was nice to chill, but the pool itself was not very clean

Jolia's house was a lovely place to spend a month. The staff were really friendly and helped us whenever we had a problem or question. Within 5 minutes of a beautiful and empty area of the beach, felt like a private beach! A quieter part of da nang, but within walking distance of bars and restaurants and a market for fresh fruit and veg. We enjoyed our stay!

stayed there for a month. staffs are always greeting with smiles and public beach is right across the road for jogging, swimming and walking. and convenience store is right at the next building. only drawback that I can think of is its location. it is a little bit off from main tourist area. I had to walk to 10+ min walk or 5 min grab taxi for restaurants. another minor one is soft mattress, which is not my type.

Le logement est parfait, propre, le personnel est adorable ! Et la localisation est géniale , à 5 minutes à pied de la plage qui est incroyable «My Khe Beach » Nous sommes resté un mois et demi, merci pour l’accueil 🙌🏽
