性价比非常高的一栋民宿，房子感觉有年头了，但是里面的家电及日常用品等都很新，也很干净整洁。房东人非常亲切，回复消息也很及时。唯一要说就是刚去的时候要可能会因为入口稍微偏僻而需要稍微找一找位置。以后有机会还会再来。

感谢房东为我们提供了一次难忘的东京之旅！ 交通：房源位于JR蒲田站和京急蒲田站附近，轨道交通十分方便：到达羽田机场只需要20分钟，非常适合从羽田机场降落的旅客。在30-50分钟内可以通过轨道交通到达东京城区内主要的商圈和景点，且1小时左右可以到达镰仓，十分契合我们的旅行计划。 周边：两个火车站周围都有丰富的餐饮和购物选择，可以满足大部分生活需要。我们可以很便捷地找到便利店、居酒屋、快餐店、咖啡厅、药妆店以及各种购物场所。同时，社区内部又非常安静，晚上完全没有吵闹的声音，非常适合居住和度假。 房源：房源是两层的独栋建筑，通过楼梯连接。房子内部可能是新近装修，非常干净和整洁。对于四个年轻人而言，房源内部空间足够。一层有宽敞的沙发、厨房和餐桌，整理行李和用餐都很宽敞。一层的卫生间使用体验很好：洗手池、马桶、洗衣机和浴室可以彼此分离，使用效率非常高。房东为我们准备了充足的餐具、洗漱和洗浴用品，完全不用担心物品短缺。在居住的7晚中，房源中没有发生任何让我们不适的问题。 最后，非常感谢房东的帮助，让我们感受到了家的温暖。我们在预订前后都与房东交流充分。房东回复消息速度很快，会积极解答我们的疑问，并且给予充足的入住指导。在居住过程中，房东会协助我们解决垃圾回收问题，让我们完全没有后顾之忧。 因此，我会向每位希望得到安静睡眠、便捷交通和生活便利的游客推荐这套房源。
We're a family of 5 (including 1 child) and stayed at kamata nest for 9 days and it was a wonderful experience! The house is very clean and tidy. The distance is close to JR Kamata station (around 500 m) and took about 23 minutes (7 stops) to get to JR Tokyo Station. In fact, we only need to pass 3 stations to get to JR Shinagawa Station and takes the shinkansen to kyoto & osaka which makes our mobilization very convenience. The location is in the area of local residents' houses, very comfortable and not noisy. We only had to walk about 1 minute to Lawson and 4 minutes to 7-eleven. Koko provides all household needs such as cleaning supplies, cooking utensils, toiletries, cotton wool, adapters, even face wash and face cleansing oil! We don't need to bring a lot of clothes because there is a washing machine and laundry soap available, and we use it every day. Overall, Kamata Nest is very comfortable to stay in.
