We took a trip up for a college visit to MTU. The location was both close to campus and downtown Houghton. The house was very nice inside and the kitchen was a great space to cook a family meal. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great spot - beautiful location. Spent most our stay exploring the tech trails and immediate vicinity and hanging out in the house watching the snow come down. Will definitely be back.

Loved everything about our stay. What a beautiful, fun design of a home! Although we missed skiing the MTU trails due to the lack of snow we found lots to do. We enjoyed time with our MTU students and introducing our friends to the UP. We loved the mineral museum, trying new restaurants (Suomi and Finnish pancakes) and enjoyed some new hikes (Hungarian falls and Douglas Houghton falls). Thanks again for a lovely stay and we hope to be back next year to enjoy some snow activities.

We had a great stay at Grace’s place! We were in town for work for an extended time and it was wonderful to have such a relaxing, comfortable, and homey spot to come back to at the end of each day. The space was well designed, cute, and had a ton of thoughtful touches. Everything you could need for cooking and entertainment. Peaceful neighborhood. We will certainly be back!

Great place to stay near the Tech Trails! Great location for skiing and snowshoeing! Beautiful interior and comfortable living space.
