Our stay was amazing. She was extremely kind and flexible with check in, which was so helpful because we were having our wedding the day of check in. She was very responsive with questions and answered very quickly. She went the extra mile and purchased us a gift for our baby that is due in a couple weeks. She really went above and beyond for us and we are so very grateful.

Reagan's place was perfect for us three middle aged ladies to get away from our very busy lives. The house was very clean and the space was very inviting. it had everything we needed and some extras that were so thoughtful. She was always available if we had any questions. I would highly recommend staying here and if we return to this area we will definitely rent from her again hands down.

Loved my stay at The Shade Tree House. Reägan went above and beyond providing a stocked fridge and snacks for our stay. House and location are beautiful and perfect for a peaceful getaway. Can't want to return.

The house was perfect for our girls weekend! Reagan was an amazing host - communication was clear, fun and positive making the stay feel very welcoming and comfortable. There were little touches all around the house that made it feel cozy! Loved sitting in the sunroom with coffee and seeing the little animals in the yard.
