We had an amazing stay at this Averill park Airbnb! The location was perfect, close to all the attractions yet tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood. The house itself was beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. From the cozy beds to the well-equipped kitchen, every detail was thoughtfully curated. We especially loved relaxing on the spacious deck with a cup of coffee in the morning, soaking in the serene atmosphere. We highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a home away from home in Averll Park! Murat & Cherly

Loved our stay here. The place was immaculate and everything we needed was there! The filtered water was really useful - coffee and tea were provided and there were basic spices and salt sugar etc. there was more than enough room for our family of 4 and pup and the large outdoor space was an added bonus. Conveniently located close to town amenities, a 24 hr Cumberland and the lake!
