Quiet custom-built loft near downtown and hospitals. Full kitchen with new appliances, large living/kitchen area, TV/Internet, in-unit washer/dryer, each bedroom has its own private bath. Walking distance to downtown entertainment district. 50 feet from NSU Fitness Center that is open to the public and five days free membership. Plenty of free parking. The Loft at RedFern Alley is a spacious custom design for 2-4 guests situated on the back side of owner's historic home with a private entrance and plenty of parking. Recently remodeled, this place feels like home! It has new appliances, beds, and linens, and an in-unit washer and dryer.

The perfect spot! Very quiet! The best hot water temperature and water pressure! Secluded and quiet. Within walking distance to parks and to downtown. Very convenient to everything. Amy is so very easy to work with!
