This 3-bedroom ground floor condo offers loads of space and a perfect location within the Pacifico development. Easy access to the pool and poolside bar & grill right from your patio, plus quick access to the pedestrian gate. The condo opens to a large, well-equipped kitchen with full-size appliances and breakfast bar seating for 4. You can also serve up a meal in the dining area, with seating for 6. The dining space flows into the large living area with a flat-screen TV and access to the large covered porch. The outdoor space has a dining table for 4 and a conversation set making it a great lounge space. Enjoy relaxing in the shade or evening games night. Surrounded by large palm trees, the porch feels like a private haven with the cool ocean breeze giving respite from the tropical sun. Back inside, the principal bedroom sits just off the living space and also has direct access to the covered porch. It has beautiful wood furnishings, a king bed, and a flat-screen TV. The spacious ensuite bathroom has two sinks, a large shower, and a walk-in closet. Separated from the principal bedroom, the other 2 bedrooms are accessed down a hallway from the kitchen. The floorplan is great for guests that want to have some space between sleeping quarters. The first bedroom has a queen bed and the second has a bunk bed with double bottom bunk and a single top bunk. Both rooms have ample clothes storage and closet space. These bedrooms share a 3-piece bathroom with a large shower. The unit also has a stackable washer/dryer.

Absolutely beautiful!! So close to downtown. We had the best time and will definitely be back. Spacious house that has all the amenities and extras. They thought of everything here!! Love it. The team was super responsive and hot was spotless!

Las instalaciones interiores y exteriores de la propiedad son buenas. No obstante, nadie estuvo atento a dar una información básica sobre la propiedad y sus áreas comunes. Falta un protocolo para la disposición de basuras ....de tal manera que sea fácilmente identificable como separarlas y distribuirlas en diferentes sitios, según sea reciclable o no. Renovaría algunos elementos de cocina (plancha, sartenes, los cuchillos no cortan, no hay una olla para el arroz, etc.). El Administrador debería proveer un listado de los diferentes elementos con que cuenta la propiedad (elementos de cocina, toallas, lencería, etc.). A medida que pasan los días es que se percibe que hay elementos que dispone la propiedad pero no habían sido identificados.

This gated community offers guests 4 massive pools, a large jacuzzi, hiking trails, a children's play area and a sports complex with tennis, pickleball, basketball and soccer. From your condo, you are just steps from grocery stores, restaurants, and shops. A 15-minute stroll gets you to the beach OR you can take one of the complimentary beach shuttles from the development. There is also a private oceanfront beach club that guests can access.
Playas del Coco is just a 30-minute drive from Guanacaste International Airport (LIR), near Liberia. Several supermarkets, fruit vendors, and more restaurants, bars, and shops to count. Enjoy a walk along the beach boardwalk or stroll the beach from point to point for a 3km walk. Many scuba diving, sport fishing, and sightseeing tours depart from Coco. You’re also close to several area day trip spots – waterfalls, hiking, hot springs, and mud baths, cultural experiences, and river tours. Playas del Coco is the perfect home base for an amazing Costa Rican vacation!
Car rentals or golf cart rentals are options for transportation during your stay. PACIFICO offers free golf cart charging and ample parking right in front of the building. It’s also a very walkable location! You can walk to the grocery store (5 minutes), restaurants and shops (5-25 minutes) and the beach (15 minutes).
There is a complimentary shuttle to the PACIFICO Beach Club and taxis are available at the taxi stand next to the AutoMercado (5 minutes walk)
