This classic Mid-century styled home is located in Brainerd Hills convenient to all of Chattanooga. The place is on a quiet street, directly across from a quaint city park. The room is light and airy with a full size memory foam bed, closet and chest of drawers for storage. The private bathroom is across the hall with a standing shower. I live here permanently with my 9 yr old pup, Kona and occasionally travel for work and for fun.

Chelsea was a wonderful host who was always friendly and accommodating! She made my stay in Chattanooga very pleasant. Kona was such a sweetie pie! I would stay again if I found myself back in the area.
I loved staying with Chelsea and Kona! I was in town for a rotation at Erlanger for a month, and the commute was very easy. Chelsea made my stay very comfortable - I felt right at home. She was full of recommendations and knowledge about Chattanooga! Definitely recommend staying with her for good company, a beautiful home, and a fantastic location!

Chelsea and Kona were absolutely wonderful. I stayed at this location for almost 4months and it was perfect. Home and neighborhood is clean, safe and quiet. Close proximity and commute to all that I needed. Chelsea was always readily available to answer questions and make recommendations. Always Checks in to see how I’m fairing and if there’s anything I may need or she can do. She is a great host and made my stay more than comfortable. Even before my arrival she checked in with me on my cross country drive to make sure I was safe. Kona is super sweet and quiet, yet very attentive and alert which was super helpful because she senses my DoorDash delivery approaching and probably knows I like to catch it while it’s still warm. I will definitely recommend a stay at any of Chelseas abode because she is nothing but a fantastic host and if opportunity presents, I will stay there again.

The neighborhood is quiet and older/well established- Brainerd Hills. It is conveniently located near I-75 onramp at East Brainerd Road and is a quick jaunt to downtown, Hixson, or the lake. The house is directly across from a quiet park, Williams-Benham Park and there is a public golf course in the neighborhood. The park is used mostly by young families in the neighborhood for swinging, grilling or playing soccer. My neighbors are lovely but mostly keep to themselves.
You are welcome to park on the street or in the driveway. I have two cars under carport and you are welcome to park behind one. I will provide details prior to arrival.
