Beautifully decorated white washed room. With sliding doors opening on to garden/beach front reserve. Providing a peacefully romantic ambience. On a quite side road in sleepy Pio shores, just 5 kms from Waihi Beach. A beautiful locally produced continental breakfast is included in the price if required. This peaceful romantic private room offers the chance for a couple to escape the hustle and bustle of today's busy lives. The large room (4x6 meters) features a king size canopy bed with luxurious linen. An integrated lounge area with leather sofa and bespoke coffee table, fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. The en-suite has a large pebble floored shower. The room also includes a flatscreen TV and unlimited internet access. A three minute walk through the sand dunes finds you on 10 kms of golden sandy beach.

Wonderful place to stay. Hosts are lovely and friendly and easy going. I like a clean place to stay and this place was very clean! Not too far from the beach. Overall a great spot for a holiday.
Great stay
My husband and I spent the second half of our honeymoon with Cam and Julie at this wonderful beach retreat. We stayed in the private room, which had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves. When we arrived, we were immediately greeted by Julie and felt incredibly welcomed. The location was perfect for doing some day trips (Hobbiton, Rotorua, Tauranga), allowing for evenings dining in Waihi Beach or walking along the beach. Cam and Julie were so accommodating, going above and beyond to pick us up after we dropped off our rental car, taking us into town and even dropping us off to catch an InterCity Bus back to the airport. Truly wonderful!
This bnb, its surroundings, quality and overal service delivery has exceeded our expectations. The hosts are very welcoming, accommodating and Julie..what can i say..a bundle of energy!

The neighbourhood is tranquil and peaceful with a small corner shop within three minutes walk.
Intercity buses runs daily from Auckland to Waihi, and from Waihi beach to Tauranga.
If required we will provide transport to and from the local restaurants and bars of Waihi beach.

Hi i'm Campbell, born in the UK but moved to NZ some 20 years ago. I live with my partner Julie, while Julie is almost considered a local after 30 years at the beach I'm a relative newcomer of 8 years. I find the beach a very difficult place to leave (unless on a overseas adventure). Im semi retired spending most of my recreational time either Playing tennis, cycling, paddle boarding, fishing and walking.
