Interior:
Villa Forcoli Escape is on two levels for a total surface area of approximately 401 sqm and comprises the main body plus three adjacent units that are not internally connected but have independent entrances and both have a living room/kitchenette. The main entrance leads into the spacious communal area, a large open plan organised with a lounge area, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. From here there is access to a service area with laundry and guest bathroom and to a hallway with a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, a twin bedroom and a further bathroom with shower. A staircase adjacent to the service bathroom leads to the upper floor composed of a double bedroom and a twin bedroom sharing a bathroom with shower. UNIT 1. This is on the ground floor with an entrance on one side of the house and consists of two bedrooms, one double with en-suite bathroom with shower and one twin with bunk beds and a third pull-out bed, served by a bathroom with shower.
