the house was very clean and everything looks new. we stayed at the lower level. you should ask for a picture of the drive way and parking space that belongs with this lower level apartment because for us was really tight, if you are not good backing up or if you have a big car then this will be a little complicated. also, there is no thermostat in the apartment. The host has control over it. We had to ask the host for help with the thermostat because it was cold. we didn't really feel a difference. at the end, he will send you a new checkout list with many fee warnings if you don't comply with the listed rules on that same list. there is only a two chair table in the kitchen.

Great place to stay! Very responsive and kind. Love the place. Quiet neighborhood great are. Very close to the event centers I actually had rented this place for to travel back and forth. Very nice! The master bathroom and kitchen were beautiful to my liking! Very nice!
