It was agreat stay, a good value. We have wisited this place in late October, after the main season. House is great base for any activity on the beach which is just 70m away! Beach is clean and not crowded, shallow see is perfectfor swimming and sea beginners/kids. House has also a reasonable size back yard and is well equipped. On other hand house is surround by other houses from all sides, and wrekends might be quite noisy by parties of the neighborhood. There's also cat living in the back yard of the house whuch you might find daily tasting from your plates or what's left on the kitchen desk. Cat is friendlybut we didn't like it paying attention on our food all the time. Locality is safe and we have had agood tume.

Theodoros place is very beautiful with a great homely energy. The place is seconds from the beach and a starry sky at night. If you are looking for peace and serenity this is it, do not hesitate! The cat is very sweet also. Theodoros was responsive when I called/ messaged, easy going and friendly. I loved my stay here so much and would definitely recommend to friends family and come back when I can. You do need a car to get around fyi!

We had an amazing time at Theodoros’s place. Clear instructions on route, address and checkin in. Peaceful neighbourhood just like a country side. We even had an issue with the bathroom door getting locked. When I called him Sunday night he first mentioned will come tomorrow, but later he messaged mentioning “I want to help you” and came late at 11:30 to get the door open. Thank for the effort and highly recommend the place for a family. Very close to the beach and if you have a vehicle very convenient to go around to all the known places. Our recommendation to all the travellers going Cyprus to stay at this house in Perivolia, Larnaka ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

классный дом, до моря 40 метров, пляж безлюдный, очень плавный заход в море до глубины 50 метров топать по воде. в доме было все необходимое кроме стирального порошка который мы легко купили в lidl до которого 7 минут на машине. рядом магазинов и кафе нет, но зато есть гриль и оборудованная кухня. восходы солнца в мастер спальне просто великолепны.Теодору и Александре большое спасибо.
