We loved this beautiful cottage. It was comfortable and decorated so warmly. We were greeted by Linda when we arrived and she ran through everything with us. Everything was clean and user-friendly. Linda had stocked the place with extras for us, including some ice cream that she recommended! We had planned to go to Lake Ouchita to experience the eclipse, but were so reluctant to leave that we decided to just enjoy it from our front lawn. Linda even welcomed my daughter to join us for the afternoon when her location in TX was predicted to be cloudy. We had a perfect afternoon and perfect views of the eclipse. We even met some of her neighbors, one of whom baked us some amazing cookies. It rained the following two days, but we were happy to curtail some of our plans and just enjoy some extra relaxation. Everything about this stay was a delight and we hope to visit again.

We absolutely enjoyed every second of our stay here! Linda and Tom were wonderful host and we can’t wait to go back!
