Beautiful big house. Perfect size for families. We were pretty much limited to one shower down stairs as upstairs was broken (was reported straight away) & not good drainage & ensuite bathroom water pressure was terrible. Few things need some work including: Outdoor area needs a clean up, couldn’t use BBQ as it was dirty. Fly wire needs replacing upstairs balcony, along with light, so couldn’t use this area at night. Definitely not enough hot water for 12 people. Need to up grade the hot water system. Not enough cutlery & crockery for 12 People. (As previous guests mentioned). Would be an absolutely beautiful place if basic maintenance was upheld.

although the place is listed as a 7 bedroom it is a 6 bedroom. it is a beautiful spacious and clean but it is not stocked for 12 people. there were not enough plates glasses or silverware or any cleaning supplies available. there were not enough towels or toiletries. if these issues are fixed the place would be beautiful and 20 min from the city of savannah and 10 min from Tybee island

Our experience with the Vacasa company was great as they were incredibly helpful in helping us fix the issue that arose with this house. The owners of this house have let it fall into disrepair. There were multiple water stains in various places of the house, both on the floors and the ceilings, and multiple instances all over the house of owners who don't keep the place up. Therefore, it was no wonder when a water pipe burst in the ceiling between the first and second floors, dumping water into the house. We had to shut the water off at the main in the front yard, and therefore there were no working bathrooms for 9 people to get ready for a wedding. Vacasa was fantastic in helping us find another house to relocate to, and I can't thank them enough. I would suggest Vacasa drop this particular listing as the house is not safe for guests. I would certainly recommend Vacasa as they were great, I just cannot recommend anyone stay at this particular house.

The house was spacious and inviting. We enjoyed our stay here. This is very clearly a company-owned listing and not a private owner’s listing, which does impact one’s stay. Some things to know if you are planning to stay here: 1. Although it was a perfectly fine stay, the house was not as clean as privately listed homes tend to be. The bedsheets were not as clean as they usually are at most airbnbs, and the floors were grimy from the time we entered. 2. The lock at the front is not easy to use. Instructions could be updated for ease of entry. 3. We were not sent clear instructions for checkout. 4. The dishwasher was out of service, which was particularly difficult with 8 people. When we called and texted for assistance with this on the first day of our stay, we were told that someone would come fix it on our second day. Nobody came, so I texted Vacasa again and was told to leave dirty dishes in the dishwasher... 5. The downstairs kitchen does not have water.

Overall, a beautiful house with a ton of space very comfortably fitting my 10 guests. Most of the house is beautifully decorated. The outdoor area is also large and comfortably seats everyone. The pool table in the garage was a pleasant surprise. There are TVs everywhere (even outside) which was welcomed as we watched baseball prior to heading out for the night. Every bathroom had plenty of towels, toilet paper, soap, and shampoo/conditioner. I was displeased about checking in at 4pm on a Friday which is late to get your weekend started especially when you have a full car of stuff waiting to be unloaded. I requested early check in months in advance but was told they wouldn’t know if it was available until check in day. I went to the property an hour prior to check in time and there were no cars/people at the house cleaning it, despite that being the reason to deny early check in. Not a huge deal, but was hoping to get in the house at least by 3pm. I recommend this AirBnB.
