Welcome to your perfect St. Pete retreat! Our spacious home is just miles away from the beach & downtown, making it the ideal location for your next vacation. The open living & dining area is perfect for entertaining. Fully equipped cooking kitchen! Huge fenced in gated backyard with pool! The home features 3 comfortable bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms, pull out couch if needed. Fully stocked laundry room, high-speed internet, TV & a smart lock for your family's convenience. All bedrooms have closets with hangers and dressers for your personal belongings. Our kitchen is fully functional to cook or bake almost anything! Next to the kitchen is the laundry room with laundry detergent & dryer sheets with back up towels in the cabinet. We also have pool towels you can borrow and backyard games like corn hole and pool toys!

Loved! This is hidden gem, Nikita was really responsive and easy to reach throughout the entire stay always responded in less than 30 minutes!
Everything was great! Nikita was very helpful and gave lots of recommendations. The house was clean except for a couple hairs found on the bed sheets which we just put to wash other then that everything was great!
My stay was amazing ! I took my dog with me and she had a blast running around in the back yard ! Everything looks just like the pictures, there is everything you would need for your stay, & Nikita was a fabulous host !

Nikita was an amazing host. Super responsive and helpful with everything. The house was beautiful and very clean. House felt like home. Pool and yard was clean and perfect! Yard was very big! So many things close to the neighborhood to eat and close to the beach. We will definitely be booking again. Thank you for a wonderful birthday weekend!

Ubers & Lyfts are very aware of the area & we also have the sun runner at the mapped locations that’s free! Enjoy riding it to the beach or downtown!
