Sherif estuvo siempre disponible y comunicó siempre de forma muy rápida. No llegamos a conocerlo pues las llaves nos las entregó su tía que vive en el piso de abajo. El apartamento está bien situado, a pocos minutos a pie de la plaza Tahrir. La zona es tranquila para lo que es El Cairo, pero alguna noche hubo mucho ruido de personas y perros en la calle durante toda la noche. Tenía lo dispensable para poder cocinar, aunque nosotros no usamos la cocina. Los espacios de la casa son amplios. Podría mejorarse la limpieza, sobre todo del baño y la cama. En general tuvimos una estancia agradable.

I've spent a full month in Sherif's appartment and really loved it. It's a bright appartment with wooden floors, a balcony that's faced eastwards without getting the full exposure of the sun. It's on the seventh floor and there's always a little breeze when the windows are open. Kitchen and washing machine are available, although I bought dish soap and some cleaning and kitchen supplies myself. Sherif is extremely responsive and whenever there was an issue, he responded quickly to his abilities. For example, there was a shortcircuit in one of the plugs and Sherif quickly had an electrician over to fix it. He also speaks excellent English. The location is in the center of Cairo, within a few minutes walking distance from the French Institute of Cairo and the Nile river. One thing to be aware of is the noise at night. There are dogs barking during the night and cars honking. This is not due to this particular appartment, but to the city center as a whole. Water pressure was quite low

Emplacement assez central à 15 min à pied du métro place tahir, Sherif est réactif et cordial et Omnia sa tante qui habite au dessus est un vrai amour toujours prête à rendre service. Bon rapport qualité prix. ps prévoir un caque anti bruit ou des bouchons pour ceux qui son sensibles au bruit car les chiens aboient toute la nuit, mais à part ça allez y!!!

We stayed almost three weeks in Sherifs apartment. After some days it really felt like home and very cosy. Sherif always answered questions quickly and helped if there was a problem. We could absolutely think of staying in his place again.
