Only a stone throw away from white sands beaches and a short walk from downtown Laguna Beach, you can enjoy all that Laguna Beach has to offer year-round. Newly remodeled from top to bottom, amenities include ocean views from the primary bedroom suite on the second floor and the entire open-plan third floor. This home is a fully furnished three-bedroom, two and one half bath home with expansive balconies off the primary bedroom and the family space on the third floor. Garage level at Gaviota Dr. Beautifully remodeled home is a stunning contemporary gem near the heart of Laguna Beach! Enjoy a locals only type beach just steps from the home.

The house was stunning and the location was perfect for walking to restaurants, bars and shopping. The ocean side decks are perfect for hanging out and having drinks. I would love to come back in the future!

Our stay here was easily the best vacation rental experience we’ve ever had on any platform. The home is in a perfect location and is everything it’s promised to be. Within walking distance to multiple beaches and all the shopping/restaurants you could imagine on PCH. We won’t look anywhere else for our next trip. Last, but not least, the home is also fully equipped with all the essentials you could need whether it be beach gear or household goods. That takes a LOT of stress away on a short trip. If we could give 6 stars, we would.

This home sits just 50 steps from world famous Thalia Street Beach!
This is Laguna Beach’s most well-known surf break. The most optimal (and really only) learning spot in town. A beach so beloved that by midsummer many families don’t even discuss their Saturday plans – it’s all Thalia Street, all the time.
Thalia Street Beach definitely deserves its much fawned-over status. The surf break is gentle, consistent, and ride-able on more days than any other spot in the city.
Not only is the beach great, but the home is located an easy .7 mile walk to Main Beach or Downtown. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shopping all around the home, so finding that perfect place is a breeze.

No need to use your car at all as everything is walking distance. This home has countless restaurants and shops all around the home within a 2 minute walk. Walk into down town within 10 minutes and enjoy everything else Laguna has to offer!
