I recently had the misfortune of staying at this Airbnb and I must say despite its picturesque surroundings and aesthetically pleasing rooms, my experience was like a bad dream. The host's lack of professionalism and many problems made this the worst stay I've ever had. The advertised workspace claim was utterly false. The WiFi was abysmal, making being productive or staying connected troublesome. The broken sofa bed added to our frustration. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, the cohost resorted to shifting the blame onto us. We were left with no other choice but to use books to prop up the bed, a makeshift solution that was both uncomfortable and unacceptable. The bathroom amenities were also broken. But perhaps the most distressing aspect was the communication with the cohost. Instead of providing assistance, she made no effort to hide her impatience and even went as far as pressuring us to find a different place if we didn't like what was provided. Please avoid!
