Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Host will be visiting the property if reservation is more than a month to make sure the property is clean. Cleaning lady will be here every 2 weeks on a Tuesday to clean the home. She isn’t responsible for washing dishes or laundry. She is only responsible for cleaning bathrooms and cleaning the house and floors.

Our stay at Nickie’s was TOP TIER. My wife is very picky, but as soon as we arrived at the AIRBNB she felt like she was at home the entire time and it’s hard to 100% do that. House was spacious and accommodated our stay perfect. There is no where else in Tyler that we will stay but at Nickie’s place as long as it’s available whenever we come back to Tyler. 10 out of 10!!!!!
