The apartment counts on a capacity for 4 people with 2 double bed, of 24 square meters and is located on the first floor of the building, with an elevator. But the real gem of this room is the access to an impressive 100 square metre terrace for communal use, where you can enjoy the sun and the sea views just 600 metres away. In addition, you will also have access to internet (wifi), air conditioning with hot/cold pump and a television for your comfort. The open-plan kitchen, equipped with ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, freezer, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils/cooking utensils and coffee machine, will allow you to prepare your favourite meals. If you are a smoker, you will be happy to know that you can smoke on the communal terrace, but not inside the flat. In addition, you will have at your disposal a laundry area shared with the other guests to make your stay even more comfortable and convenient. Space This flat is located in the heart of the maritime district of Valencia, El Cabañal, 5 minutes from the Malvarrosa beach and 20 minutes from the city centre by public transport. It is one of the most historic neighbourhoods in Valencia, with the most traditional scenes and where life has a different rhythm. Its architectural value is relevant with fishermen's houses, tiled façades, colourful buildings and modernist structures. The area already has a network involving art collectives and theatre companies with numerous projects underway. There are plenty of places to eat in the neighbourhood which is known for its authentic lunches. In addition, there are a number of bars and leisure areas that give it a youthful and dynamic atmosphere. All this just metres from the sea!

L'appartement correspond aux photos, mais il manque d'équipements (pose serviettes, ustensiles cuisine, décoration...) et de confort. Au vue du prix on s'attend à un meilleur standing. Il est composé de deux chambres, 1 cuisine uniquement, pas de salon, il y a dans les espaces communs un roof top très sympa pour le petit déjeuner et un salon en rez de chaussée avec une laverie qui est pratique. l'emplacement n'est pas aussi proche de la mer que ce qui est indiqué sur Airbnb, le quartier est assez populaire, ce qui rend le prix assez élevé pour la situation. les échanges avec l'hôte sont assez fluides pour l'enregistrement et l'arrivée mais lorsque l'on souhaite avoir d'autres renseignements nous n'avons plus eu de réponse de sa part.
