Someone is clearly living in this apartment, but it was clean and quiet. It is in a safe part of town, and is within walking distance of the river greenbelt and downtown restaurants. There is not TV access in the room. There is street parking with signs clearly stating, "2 hour parking between 9AM and 9PM"

My husband stayed at Siwa's place for work. He stated the apartment was clean, easy find, and the bed was very comfortable. He would definitely stay there again. Additionally, Siwa herself was extremely responsive and very pleasant to correspond with over the stay. Highly recommend.

Siwa’s apartment was an absolutely perfect fit for my stay. It’s in an area that I’m familiar with, and find very desirable. The building is very secure, and the apartment was super clean, very very quiet, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Everything about it was cozy and comfortable.

Cozy, comfortable, quiet, well-appointed, spotless place in a great location. Siwa was communicative, pleasant, and helpful. Great place; I'd be happy to stay there again.

I enjoyed my stay at Siwa's place-- it was a very cozy, quiet, and clean studio. Siwa, who was very friendly, met me when I arrived to give me the key and key fob (for the outside building). She had put out a filtered water pitcher, and the wireless charger nightstand was a nice touch. Parking is around the corner (one has to move the car by 11 am); there is a 7-11 across the street. Highly recommend!
