Convenient Airbnb located less than a mile from Microsoft campus. Well maintained! Perfect for using as a base to explore Seattle and surrounding cities.

Wonderful stay! This is easily one of the best, if not the best combination of accommodation, price, and hosts that I have experienced on Air BnB so far! Devin’s place is immaculate- clean and well appointed, set up to make any stay easy and enjoyable. The unit is spacious and peaceful- surrounded by trees and a quiet safe neighborhood right by the east campus of Microsoft! Devin went above and beyond to ensure that everything that a person would need was in the unit - from the practical- such as all of the kitchen knives being carefully set out on a non slip drawer liner in the kitchen- and the coffee mugs with the built in coasters- to the unexpected but pleasant surprises- such as the automatic blue-light nightlights in the bathroom and living room. The noise from upstairs is noticeable but not out of the ordinary and did not bother us as the quiet hours were strictly observed so we could easily rest on the comfortable mattresses. Thank you Devin for a great stay!

Devin’s place was perfect for what we needed for exploring outside Seattle. Redmond itself is safe and lovely, with plenty of restaurants in the area. The location provided quick access to freeways. Devin reached out several times to make sure we were comfortable. I appreciated him allowing us to stay in his place. Thanks so much Devin!
