Fantastic place and great location hassle free trip from start to finish and we were allowed to check out a little late as we were quite delicate on the Sunday morning which helped immensely would highly recommend

Joanne was a great host, very quick to respond and always helpful. The house was as described and perfect to host dancers and their mums for a weekend of fun in Blackpool. There was tea, coffee, sugar and milk in the fridge which was great. There is a perfect amount of bathrooms for the number of people and plenty of living space. The house is a good location for the beach, tower, town etc.. everything is walking distance. One minor thing would be for the ashtray in the garden to be emptied, it was overflowing when we arrived and a bit unsightly for non-smokers. Overall a great stay thank you :-)

Very comfortable. Don’t be deceived by the outside - it is like a Tardis. Very clean and tidy when we arrived and Joanne was flexible about our arrival time. Would definitely stay again as close to all amdniyirs

Really happy with our stay. The house was spacious, clean and well-equipped. Huge downstairs living areas and plenty of rooms all with en-suites. Hosts replied to a message I sent very quickly. We would definitely stay here again.
