We had a great stay for a party of 11. plenty space for everyone, and the amenities were great (although we couldn't quite figure out the steam room). Couple of niggles, but these were dealt with quickly and wouldn't put me off staying again.

Lovely place 8 of us stayed here, few issues with cleanliness of one of the beddings but swapped it with a spare room bedding so wasnt too much of an issue although if all rooms were full it would have been. Hot tub and sauna were lovely and everyone was on hand to help with any issues we had! Overall nice stay would recommend.

This place is great value for money, every bedroom has its own key which is useful and every bedroom with an en-suite is perfect. Great hot tub and sauna with a huge shower for next to it. The kitchen has plenty of crockery etc and the huge dining area makes it very sociable. The tv perhaps could have been better as there was ghosting and the remote wasn’t working sometimes but all in all fantastic value for money! Was near the south pier but the north pier was walkable in about 20-30 mins and there’s also the tram regularly and a taxi was less than a tenner too There’s a high street just round the corner which is handy and on road parking is free. Comfy sofas and very homely although bedroom 1 and the kitchen were very cold! The staff at check in were very friendly and always contactable. Would definitely stay here again

Kings Landing was perfect for what we needed it for and I couldn't be more pleased :) The house was spotless, huge and well laid out. Kitchen was gorgeous and big... a great place to gather in the morning for a coffee and a debrief of the night before! Shriti was super helpful, on the lead up as well as the day after when I realised we had left things in the house after checkout, Shriti kindly contacted the cleaners who let me back in to grab them. The cleaners were also super friendly Only downside was that we hadn't realised till the day before check-in that we couldn't use the hot tub between 9:30pm and 10am, meaning we didn't manage to make use of it for our one night visit... but it definitely means we'll be back for a longer stay so we can get full use of the facility :) Overall just a great experience! Thanks for having us
