The whole family will love the house, easy access to everything from this centrally located tardis of a house. The place is very comfortable and spacious. Very big rooms and 2 lounge spaces. Great for extended family as well. Great for a family get away, modern and very well equipped it’s like a home from home with a twist. All bedrooms are ensuite. Walking distance to winter gardens 10mins away. Close to the tower and town centre. Also very close to the beach and piers. The house is big, very big! All the bedrooms are large with ensuite in each. There is a fully equipped kitchen and spacious lounge areas. Spread over 3 floors, with 2 bedrooms on each floor. There is a huge kitchen diner and lounge as well as a second lounge next to it on the 1st floor. Perfect for a large family event. Big group catch ups, or working parties. There is space for kids and adults together and apart.

Lovely weekend spent for my Fiancé's 30th with a group of friends. The place was exactly as described and in a great location to where we planned to go. thank you for a great stay!
This house was the perfect place for our hen-do with loads of bedrooms, each with an ensuite, and lots of great communal spaces and fun colourful decor. perfect for walking into town / Blackpool nightlife, would highly recommend!

Very spacious and nice house to stay at Blackpool! Would definitely recommend our friends about it. Well equipped kitchen, the house is very baby friendly. Awesome location, very close to the seaside and we can see the pretty night Blackpool Towel view from our house. We have dishwasher, hot water and heating problems however. Andy manage to response us very quickly and the weather isn’t too cold so at last we were fine. (I read some comments about hot water and heating in reviews anyway, it seems to be a common problem in this house)
Recommend this place for large group. Everything was well catered for, lots of sociable space, a great setup and all bedrooms with en-suites allows lots of privacy too. We stayed for a dance competition at the Tower and was only a short walk into Blackpool centre. Everything was very clean and well maintained and Andy was easily contactable and an excellent host, will be booking again for future visits. The children and adults all loved the house and all the space.

The house is very nearby the winter gardens and Tower in the centre of town. Just 10mins walk away. The area is mostly residential but with some hotels and holiday accommodation around and about.
There is a bus stop right outside as well as easy access to the tram system. The train station is 10 mins walk from the door. Cabs are plentiful and can easily be booked. Usually within 10 mins.
