This beautiful home is perfect for families or groups of up to 7 guests. It has 3 cozy bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms & is just a short walk to the beach (5-8min walk). The open-concept living area has a fully equipped kitchen & a large dining room table that converts into a pool & ping pong table. The bedrooms include king beds, a full-over-full bunkbed w/ twin trundle, sleeper sofa & a rollaway twin cot. Other amenities include a hammock, propane grill, washer/dryer, cable, FAST Wi-Fi. Vacation is made easy with this fully equipped 3 bedroom 2 bath home which has everything you need and more! After a full day of fun in the sun at the beach, shower off in the luxurious showers. Whatever you want to do; go to the beach, ride jet skis on the river, ride your motorcycle, indulge in delicious food, experience it all within a short drive at this one-of-a-kind beach retreat just steps from the ocean! ***SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS/LAYOUT*** -Bedroom 1- Sleeps 2. King memory foam mattress with a smart TV, Dresser, nightstands and closet -Bedroom 2- Sleeps 2. King hybrid mattress with a nightstand and closet. -Bedroom 3- Sleeps 5. 1 sets of full over full bunkbeds w/ a pull out twin trundle along with a twin rollaway bed in the closet. Smart TV with streaming Xfinity cable package, dresser & closet -Living Room- Open Concept. 2 sofas, one of which is a sleeper sofa, 55" Fire TV w/ Xfinity Cable Package, Sitting chair & Coffee table. -Dining Room/ Kitchen- Comfortably seats 6 at the dining room table All pots/ pans/ silverware/ cooking utensils/ silverware, glasses, coffee mugs, DRIP coffee maker, French Press, Pour over coffee, electric oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and large sink Door leading to the back patio is in the kitchen -Bathroom 1- Located in the hallway & also functions as an en suite for bedroom 1. It has a stand up shower, vanity and toilet. -Bathroom 2- Located at the end of the hallway next to bedrooms 2 & 3. It has a tub, shower, toilet and vanity. -Laundry Room- Washer and dryer are next to bedrooms 2 and 3 at the end of the hallway. -Backyard- Fully fenced in with grass and hammock. Mostly paved back porch with outdoor furniture, a propane grill and outdoor dining area. -Driveway Size- Shared driveway. Fit 3 cars on the West side. // 80ft wide 20ft long

Great place! Very convenient for family stay and the walk to the beach was easy. Beautiful view at the beach and not crowded. Beds were comfy and place itself was very spacious.
I enjoyed our stay at Chris’s house. Everything was as described, clean and comfortable. It was great to have a little backyard outside to have a morning coffee in and a little park across the street to watch the boats go by on the inter coastal! We stayed for four weeks and were very comfortable! Also Chris responded very quickly to any of our inquiries! We hope to come back next year!
Chris place was exactly what we needed for our stay in Pompano. We loved the house, I noticed the spotless tiling in the bathroom. Overall felt just like home! We loved staying there truly. Baby play pen and high chair basically brand new, everything felt new really. Thank you for having us!
The house was exactly as pictured and was perfect for our stay. The short walk to the beach made it a great location and it was in a beautiful neighborhood. Definitely recommend!
The house was as described in a listing. Clean,free of clutter, spacious, updated. Location is also wonderful as it is 5 min walk to the beach and by a small park facing a canal. There are a few restaurants and a convenient store within 10 min walking distance. Chris was very responsive and kind. Fun dining table with pool and ping pong options was a nice addition and was fun to use on a rainy afternoon. Outdoor space is quiet and private with cozy hammock and easy to use barbecue. Me and my husband shared the house with family of 4 and I liked how the layout gave them privacy as 2 bedrooms and one bathroom is located in a back of the house and master bedroom with bathroom on a front. If we travel again with a group, I will definitely book it again.

I am a Floridian through and through! Born and raised here. I gave up my career as a banker in 2019 and my wife left her career in 2021 to travel and create memories with our family. We are on a mission to visit all the National Parks in our lifetime. We are almost a quarter of the way to accomplishing that! I love the beach, surfing, all things involving the water and outdoors! I also enjoy traveling, trying new foods, meeting people and experiencing other cultures. I host on Airbnb to create experiences and design homes I would want to enjoy as a traveler.
