Overall we had a great experience with this cabin. Kitchen was well appointed, it was clean and very nice. The only two drawbacks were the lack of dishwasher (I pre-washed dishes before using) and the dogs next door. The dogs barked quite a bit and the owners would yell for them, once at 2:00 a.m. which was startling. I still gave five stars because the owners can't control that issue, and while annoying it wasn't a deal breaker.

Wonderful property in a fantastic location. Would definitely visit again. The space accommodated 3 couple’s wonderfully. It made for a beautiful weekend away!!

The house was a cozy place for our family to gather. We enjoyed the sitting by the fireplace during our snowy visit. There was plenty of space, good kitchen supplies, and a comfortable TV/media room. We were very comfortable.

The perfect peaceful sanctuary for getting away from the busy. This house is beautiful. From the moment we stepped in we felt comfortable. The beds are so comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked for those who like to cook while they are away. The fireplace heats up the house quickly. I can’t say enough about this place. On a side note. The neighbors have tons of dogs and they love to talk :) just be aware of this if you find this noise frustrating or if you are bringing your own dog (like we did). Overall great getaway for our family and our infant. Excited to come back! Nathan was great helping us out and communicating some changes. Interlochen is right in the center of some super fun lakeside towns. You won’t get bored! And if you have to stay in just use all the fun games they have stocked and ready for you!

This log cabin is great. There is a nicely stocked kitchen with many utensils and pots/pans. Very cozy. We have family in the area and would rent again.
