Benjamin was an extremely responsive host, and the home is in a quiet neighborhood. It's overall a good value. A few points to flag: -The bed in the third room is a full (not a queen, as the description says). I understood that the description would be updated to reflect that, but it hasn't been yet, so you may want to confirm the bed size before you come if important to you. -Note that the second bathroom is extremely tiny, with a sink on the toilet bowl and no counter space. I appreciate that Benjamin addressed my suggestion to add photos of it to the description. -The back two bedrooms and bathroom are close together and the walls are very thin - you'll hear everything if sharing with others. Not the host's fault at all, but worth being aware of if that's important to you. -The floors were a little sticky when we checked in, and the window sills/screens were pretty dirty, to the point that I was nervous to open the window. Overall a good experience. Thanks, Benjamin!

The house is HUGE and beautiful, and was perfect for a comfy cozy stay. I highly recommend. Overall my stay was great, there were just a few minor negative items (dirty dishes were left in the dish washer, a load of linens and towels were left in the dryer in the basement, one of the curtain brackets pulled out of the wall, and one of the smoke detector batteries was going out so it keep beeping). But Benjamin and his team offered me a discount for my stay which was a very kind giving gesture.

The home was just as showed on the pictures and very much worth the price. Also Benjamin was fast and clear with each response to my concerns. 2 thumbs up!
