Hello there! I am a European transplant working and living between Northern California and Miami. Along with my business partner Carlos, who is from Puerto Rico, we started Tortuga Properties in 2017, specifically targeting the Palmas del Mar beach resort community. Around 2019, Jared Bruns, with a background in construction joined our partnership where he now lives, work and play full time. We strive to provide modern, clean, safe and fun place to stay at affordable prices. Many of our guests are repeat customers who enjoy our services in Puerto Rico.
