The location was beautiful, the view was worth a million dollars. It is definitely a budget friendly apartment and with this comes outdated things, like the kitchen, bathrooms and sliding doors. It was modernly decorated and it felt cozy. The double beds were uncomfortable. The place felt a little run down, there were stains on the wall that weren’t cleaned prior to our check in. It was well stocked with toilet paper and paper towels, soap and shampoo. Hosts were very responsive, however after check out, they messaged me photos of doors that looked scratched, insinuating that we were possibly culpable of the damage and this made us uncomfortable. We were very respectful of all things used in the apartment and have never had any problems with any other properties.
We loved this place. Will definitely consider it for future trips. Easy to check in. Beautiful, big, and clean apartment. Beautiful ocean views. Comfortable rooms. Host was responsive even after hours. I recommend it.

So much was problematic. Sliding doors to balcony were unusable (jammed); MB bathroom had leaking (of waste water) toilet (smelly & unsanitary). Dryer was broken -- making a terrible racket when we would try it. Washing machine was usable but also made a terrible racket. Towels smelled moldy. 2nd BR had closet doors off-the-track. Pool was NOT on the 3rd floor ("same as the unit"), but was on 4th floor (but behind locked gate). Parking only accommodated compact cars. Light bulb burned out. Holes in wall & bathroom door. No access to beach ("take an Uber").
Great Villa, the host was very attentive and responsive. The view was spectacular.
