Bedrooms: The house has three bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, side tables, a recliner chair, a walk-in wardrobe, and an ensuite bathroom. The queen bedroom has a queen-sized bed and built-in wardrobe. The shared bedroom has a bunk bed with two single beds and a separate double bed. Bathrooms: There are 2.5 bathrooms in the house. The ensuite bathroom in the master bedroom has a shower, vanity, and toilet. There is also a family bathroom with a shower, vanity, and bathtub. Additionally, there is a separate toilet. There are wall mounted panel heaters in every bedroom along with ceiling fans. Living Spaces: The house offers two lounge areas. The downstairs lounge opens out onto a deck and a large enclosed garden. It features a three-seater lounge that can convert into a comfortable double bed, a Smart TV, split system AC/heating, floor pillows, board games, and timber flooring. The second level features an open plan living/dining space and a deck with sunset views. There is also an upstairs family room with a 10-seater lounge, a 10-seater dining table, a king-sized bean bag, a Smart TV, and timber flooring. Kitchen: The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped.
