NO CLEANING + RESORT FEES+FREE PARKING!! (SLEEPS 8) Enjoy easy access to everything from this central located renovated 3 bd/2 bt fully stocked+renovated condo. 3rd fl. condo ( Elevator) features-1st bdr/king bed w/ensuite bath. 2nd bdr: King Bed. 3rd bdr: Dinsey themed 2 twin bds+Pull-out sofa. Gated community / balony overlooks golf course with laundry ensuite. Close to all amenities + themeparks ~ 10+ miles to Disney/Parks. KIDS: playpen+high chair+umberella foldable stroller. Fully stocked for all your needs: hand/body soap, shampoo, bath and pool towels + face cloths + extra linens etc. Tons of extra toiletries under the main bath sink - feel free to use what is there. Each bathroom is equipped with hand soap/body soap/shampoo/conditioner dispensers. Hairdryers (2) + flat iron (hair) + iron board (2 - 1 full + 1 table top) + hot clothes iron + separate clothes steamer. White towels for in unit use + Blue /striped towels for pool. A/C works wonderfully - control is in the Unit for your comfort + HVAC also includes heat function (not that you will need it but nice to know it is there) EXTRAS: Well stocked Kitchen: all utensils + pots/pans + dishes + plastic kids dishes + crock pot + electric frying pan + food blender +regular coffee maker + Keurig coffee maker (complimentary starter coffee and tea pods) + electric frying pan + air fryer + crock pot - built in ice maker in frig. Dining table seats 6 + counter bar with 4 bar stools.

There was plenty of space and was kid friendly. The neighborhood felt safe. Parking was easy and the instructions for everything was very simple.

Excellent spot! We have small children and were looking for a clean, convenient, and spacious spot for our holiday. This was perfect for us and our kids were obsessed with the pool area. Kitchen and apartment are well equipped. Would definitely stay again!

Paula was a great host for me and my family. Her place was very clean and it accommodate us very well. The access to get in her place was very easy to get in. 10/10 i recommend and will be staying again

My family of five had an excellent stay at Paula’s place. The space was an excellent home base while we visited Disney over our 5 night stay. Everything was as described in the listing, including a well stocked kitchen and many thoughtful extras like beach towels, high chair, cooler and much more. The location was also very nice. It was clean, felt safe and there were many stores and restaurants within 5 minutes, including a nice grocery store. It was also close to the highway for easy access to get to the Disney parks. The crown jewel of the apartment was the amazing pool. The pool is amazing. We would recommend this rental and stay again.

Parking on property site @ Condo is free + does not require a permit. Parking is very close to the building and well lit. Disabled parking available close to entrance of the bulding.

Local traffic is seasonal + rush hour is at various times. Plan accordingly and check traffic reports for time sensitive travel (ie to parks, airports, etc.)
