Experience lake Erie in all it's glory. Secluded lake house on a 4 acre property with 200 feet of private waterfront. Newly renovated in modern farmhouse style. Two spacious sunrooms perfect for enjoying views of the lake, meditation or a relaxing yoga session. The perfect place for a family gathering with a fully equipped kitchen and an open concept dining room. Three bedroom main floor. Master bedroom with a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen. Large table in the open concept dining room to accommodate family and friends. Bar/entertainment area downstairs with a pingpong table(rackets/balls provided).

Our stay was excellent. The cottage was very clean and even better looking in person. The views were amazing from the sun room. The property was private. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful private beach house , steps from the lake. Me and family had a wonderful relaxing march break. Highly recommend.

A great experience! Communication was super easy and fast! The BBQ wasn’t working, but they were able to fix it within a couple of hours 😁 thanks so much! Would definitely recommend

This was a beautiful place for the perfect scenic getaway! The view of the lake was amazing, and the sounds of the waves were so calming. The place was pristine and we enjoyed our time with our family here. Diana was communicative and friendly and made sure everything went smoothly. We look forward to visiting again! 🙏😁

The property is conveniently located close to many natural amenities. You are a 5 min walk to a stunning golf course down the street, Freedom Oaks Golf. If you prefer to enjoy a beach with sand, you are a 2 min drive down to the end of Sandy Bay Rd, available only to Sandy Bay residents and guests.
