Great location, just minutes north of Bonners and near countless trailheads. Unfortunately, the listing description does not detail that the owners and their two young children are dwelling in the basement of the home, with only an interior door for separation. The two dogs on the property, although very sweet, barked at all hours of the night directly outside the master bedroom window. Aside from such, the home is beautiful and very comfortable inside. We just wished there had at least been window furnishings in the bedrooms for some privacy.

These hosts are the best we have encountered on Airbnb/Evolve. Their cabin was immaculate and pristine. The hosts are very nice, kind and responsive. The location is so awesome with beautiful views and wildlife. We saw lots of deer. Our kids loved playing with the hosts three friendly dogs and watching the horses. Conveniently located for a day trip to Canada. We hope to stay again some day and this time for longer than just two days. Great vss as lue for the cost. God bless

The place was very clean! The biggest downfall was the lack of blinds on the bedroom windows. Please buy window treatments! Communication was not great. They were unresponsive to texts and messages through the website, we had to call to get our questions answered. They are a new rental and I hope they continue to improve.
