Decent stay the communication was great and flexibility. Ants were present in the house and the cleaning wasn’t very good prior to arrival. But overall was a decent stay.

When my wife & I arrived at Jason’s home, we immediately fell in love with the exterior & even more when we stepped through the door! The location of everything was super close to the home, squeaky clean down to the pillows, and overall just felt like home. My wife especially loved the fenced yard and how the sun would rise and give the home such a shimmer when outside in the morning. Words simply cannot due Jason’s home the justice, but I 10/10 recommend if you need a home to lodge in Kannapolis, BOOK WITH JASON! Any issues or questions we needed answered, Jason was super responsive in less than 5 minutes. We appreciate the hospitality & look forward to booking again in the future. One love! ❤️

Jason was a great host. He was responsive and easy to communicate with. The house was as described and met our needs. My family and I were in the area to view a Cirque du Soleil show. The area was peaceful and quiet at night. The beds were comfortable. We had no problems using the grill that was available at the property. Overall, it was a great stay and we enjoyed the Cirque show as always.
