The property offers very large bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom with bathtub (lower level bedroom has shower one and no tub), ceiling fans, air conditioning and individual keyed lock for ultimate privacy. The seaside suites each have a king bed and day bed, as well as private balconies with views of the sea, pool & garden. The garden-side suites each have two queen sized beds and feature a green garden view. The lower level features a king sized bed, a couch and full bathroom. There are two living areas, each with new comfortable & stylish furnishings and 70 inch smart Samsung TV's which you can access your own streaming services and mirror your phone/laptop devices. There is Flow standard cable boxes at the 2 living room TV's. Each living area is open to a dining area and fully equipped kitchens. There are balconies off of the open area living spaces with garden views with seating. You will certainly feel at home with everything you need at your finger tips! You can prepare your own meals or our property manager can assist with hiring a chef/catering service depending on your preferences . The lower level has a kitchenette and additional dining area. There is a game room in the lower level featuring an additional smart TV with Xbox system with many games to choose from, an arcade retro game system, pool/air hockey table and foosball table. The house has tons of board games, card games, puzzles, Mad Libs - so even on a rainy day you will have plenty to do! There are badminton, bocce, and Baggo sets for the enjoyment of our guests. The well manicured yard is an oasis, full of tropical plants including mature palm trees, fruit trees, flowering bushes and orchids! There are grassy areas in the front and back of the property. The beautifully maintained pool has an area with lounge chairs, picnic table & umbrella for shade. There are covered porticos off of the sliding glass doors that lead from the livings spaces to the yard. The yard offers a perfect mix of green space & hardscape for all of your enjoyment. The property has a remote controlled electronic gate for vehicles to enter and ample off street parking. There is a wall with fencing around the property and all of the doors are grilled as well as the windows on ground level. There are motion sensor lights, dusk to dawn exterior lighting and exterior video surveillance cameras around the perimeter of the property. Airport transportation, taxi, laundry, spa & chef/catering services are available for an additional charge.
