Great place for value. Spent a weekend in Cincy for a quick visit. The place provided what we needed. The best part was the fire pit, you need some firewood but Lowes and other places are close by for a quick pick up. The house is dated and needs a few cosmetic repairs but for an in and out trip where you won't be inside much, it gets the job done. An added bonus for us was the very friendly neighbor, she is a great time and would shout over the fence to say hello. We parked out front since the driveway had a little standing water.

Darius was fantastic to work with. Responded very quickly. Very helpful. The house you can tell by the outside picture is obviously an older home. The inside has been redone a little but definitely could use more work. The stairs to the basement to get to washer and dryer are terrifying. The location was great for what I needed. Unfortunately I probably wouldn’t rent again

Our family of 5 stayed here for Xavier Graduation. It was a great location in a super quiet neighborhood. We loved the deck off the kitchen and had our morning coffee there listening and watching the birds and bunnies. The home is decorated very nicely and the beds were comfortable. The home was very clean and Darius was extremely responsive and checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed and even offered restaurant suggestions. This would be a great place for any Xavier or UC Family top stay during parent's weekend, visiting or graduations. Thank you so much for hosting us!!
