Very shabby. Broken blinds, stained carpets, bathroom needs serious attention, stunk of cigarettes, 3 legged horse, nothing like the photos. Front & back yard unkempt, cigarette butts everywhere, dead plants, broken gate, loads of weeds, rubbish in back. Overhaul needed in & out. Would definitely not recommend.

I was unable to stay at the property as it was unclean and the back door was unlocked and open when I arrived. The kitchen was full of dirty dishes, the bed had been slept in and the bathroom was was not clean and had dirty towels in the bath!! Dog poo on the outside doormat. I also had problems parking on the drive as a neighbour was using the space outside for his car as a visitor was on his!! As the property was unlocked on arrival I did not feel safe staying. The positive was that Nick at Vinnay Pass The Keys was quick to communicate with me and tried to resolve the matter. Due to not feeling safe and it not being fit for purpose I cancelled the booking.

Filthy dirty. Sneaky. Floor has never been mopped. Sofa is filthy and underneath has layers of dirt and dust. Oven needs fumigating or replacing. Fridge was disgusting and needs thorough clean. Hardly any practical kitchen ware to use. Wooden spoons in kitchen are unhygienic. Lounge nets are all hanging off the wall. No heavy curtains in the lounge so very cold. No blind in bathroom. No bedroom door. Water has to be switched on by going outside to switch on and only gives a small amount of hot water. Outside bins were all full. Gardens, front and back, are terrible and need a full tidy and clean up. No Sky, therefore WiFi was not as said, had to find off the wifi box. Photos all sent to the key holders but absolutely no feedback. Extremely disappointed. Nothing like advertised. Avoid at all costs.

Lovely one bed house, quiet location very warm and cozy, had everything we needed. Bed is really comfortable, loved working from the desk looking out over the garden, close to nature reserve so loads of birds outside :) Few little maintenance issues such as curtain pole coming away from wall and back fence falling but nothing major, we enjoyed our stay :)
