We rented this for a family gathering and between central access and generous space it worked perfectly. There is plenty of seating to have everyone around the dining and living room, but also room to spread out if the kids want to be in the large backyard or playing foosball in the basement. The bedrooms were all well appointed and sized well so they were comfortable. Would recommend to anyone.

I would give 10 stars if possible! After an Airbnb nightmare we booked Kristin’s listing as soon as possible and she allowed us in early so we did could still continue our vacation plans. The home is in the perfect location, we were always within 30 minutes drive of wherever we planned to go. The home is so clean and cozy! If we visit Denver again we will absolutely be booking this listing again. Definitely an Airbnb gem 💎

My family (6 adults) was in Denver for a wedding and Kristin's house was perfect for us. The layout was great - even for those who were working remotely while others hung out. The house was so clean and well-stocked and all instructions were really clear. We felt at home and comfortable from the moment we arrived. Most importantly, Kristin is an awesome host who went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was the best it could possibly be. We loved staying here, would be happy to do so again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great Airbnb experience.

This was a great rental - lots of space and very centrally located. The hosts were great at communicating. The house had all the amenities you need and was extremely comfortable.
