This was our second time staying at Sandy and Erik’s place. We love it! The location is amazing! Quick walk to beach, pool, bbq, and neighboring hotel restaurant! We will be back! Thank you so much!

Sandy and Erick are great hosts. Very communicative and responsive. Property location is perfect with great beach access. Very peaceful. We enjoyed it immensely!

good location. clean. bed was comfortable. a/c is in the living/dining area and even using the fans (floor and ceiling) we were unable to get the bedroom temp. below 76 degrees. this unit has not been remodeled except the carpet which is quite new. the tub sports a lot of wear including rust around the edges. the fridge is on rollers so you need one hand to hold it back and the other to open the door. the stove burners are not level, but they do work. dishwasher works well. louvers on the windows and doors are non functional on a few of the windows and the screens don't fit the openings properly. we were there following the rainstorm that flooded the complex (not the unit) so the washer/dryer facilities in the complex were not functioning. returning to unit after it was closed all day - the odor of stale smoke was obvious. well supplied with beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler. would return to complex, but not this unit. (price should be discounted for this unit- it is not)

We stayed in Poipu for a few nights upon arriving to Kauai so that we could visit Waimea Canyon. This was a fantastic location - short drive from the airport, and easy drive to Waimea. There were lots of restaurants just across the street, and in Koloa. We were surprised how close this unit actually was to the beach. True to the listing, just a few steps away! The unit was lovely, gardens well-manicured, and peaceful. The bed was comfortable and our friend had no complaints with the sleeper sofa. It was easy access for beautiful sunrise and sunset views on the beach. We did not cook, but the unit had a full kitchen. The patio is fantastic for enjoying morning coffee. Sandy and Erick were in great communication from booking through check out. We also did not utilize the athletic club amenities across the street, but views from the outside suggested that it was a nice facility, as well. Great place! We would highly recommend.

Beautiful place to spend a week! The condo itself is no frills and needs a little updating (but when you’re out at the beach and pool all day, it doesn’t matter too much). Great location - easy walk to the beach or short drive to the pool. Would stay at Kiahuna Plantation again!
