The place was cozy and so beautiful with balcony, great sun and ventilation. It's not in the full city area but still close to the beach and the restaurants. We thouroughly enjoyed the stay. Host and the caretaker both are super sweet and very helpful. Thank you for creating a space like this. :)

It was a perfect 10/10 experience. I'd recommend Casa Ruya to anyone traveling to South Goa. I couldn't ask for a better cozy stay and a more wonderful host who knows a thing or two about hospitality.

It was my first AirBnb Stay and i was so amazed by the hospitality of Kavita. Right from safe late night check-in to care taker everything was just on point. At that price point it gave the best homely feeling with a facility like hotel. Alina the domestic help was very polite and help in every possible way. Theme is simply superb and I will recommend it to everyone who is planning to stay in Benaulim. Farm House Bistro is walkable 300mtrs from the property which is a nice dinner & lunch place at any point of time. Do make your bookings without any thought !
