Amazing, spacious house and pool house on a dramatic site overlooking a river and within earshot of a waterfall. Big rooms, great kitchen, huge hot tub, cool Pool and a game room for the kids. Surrounded by nature and horses…a perfect place to spend a week with a group of friends or family.

My girlfriends and I recently stayed at River Haven Sanctuary and I cannot say enough good things. The house is beautiful, with plenty of sleeping arrangements and space for a large group. The property and landscaping is gorgeous and the overall experience was a 10/10. Jeff and Lucy are wonderful hosts. They were responsive to any question, able and willing to help with anything that came up, and always greeted us with a smile. Thank you Jeff and Lucy! We loved your home and hope to be back!

I had the pleasure of staying at Jeff & Lucy’s wonderful Airbnb near the lake. It was an amazing experience. The moment we arrived, Jeff & Lucy were nothing but kind, friendly, and offered heartfelt hospitality. They allowed us to meet the animals from the sanctuary and answer all our questions. It was so touching to see how much they love and care for the animals. The combination of pool, hot tub, and two grills was just the amenities we needed for a Fourth of July trip. Perfect housing for a big group of friends and incredibly family friendly as well. Could not recommend this place more! The place was clean, spacious, and very homey. They were speedy with all questions There were thoughtful touches all through the Airbnb, creating a cozy cottage vibe. I absolutely loved the fridge. Think of the fridges that you see on Master Chef, it looks like one of those. It was huge! It was also very convenient that the sink provided filter water. We typically bring britas so that was a plus!
